| Annual Sports Physical Day We will be hosting our annual sports physical day in the St Charles Gym on Saturday, May 30th. Anyone who needs a sports physical for the upcoming sports year may attend - St Charles students, PCRF students, high school students. etc. Please remember to bring a form if you need a form other than the CYO form - we will have the CYO form. Cost is $15 First physical will be at 9:00 am Last physical when line is gone |
